Statement of Faith

• At Southern Women Publishing we believe Jesus Christ is the Lord and Savior of humanity.

• We believe whole heartedly in the Bible as the true and living word of God.

• There is only one way and path to a relationship with God and that is through Jesus Christ.

• John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son, that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life."

• God calls Christians to be doers and followers of Christ (imitating Him) as explained in Ephesians 5: verses 1-18

These facts are not up for debate.

• At Southern Women Publishing we accept manuscripts that align with the values of following the teachings of God's word ( the Bible).

•  HOWEVER, this does not mean we only accept overtly Christian books in fiction or nonfiction. If a writer wants to tell a story that reaches a secular crowd and includes past events when they were living outside of God's word this will be accepted on a case by case basis as long as there is a Godly lesson by the end of the story (by the end of the book or usually by book 3 in a series). An excellent example of this is The Mixed Girl Series by LaMonique Mac or Broken to Dust by Iesha Shaw.
